- All rates are given in euros + VAT of 8%.
- Extended stay discount of 5% for reservations of 8 nights or more.
- Guests staying less than 6 nights will be charged a 25 € cleaning fee.
- Discount rates for longer stays or single occupancy available upon request.
- Cash payment discount of 5% valid only when there are no other discounts.
- Rates are for up to 4 people for 2-3 bedroom apartments and for 2 people for
- Additional guests up to the maximum are charged at 15€ per night per person, including
children over 2. A crib is available for children under 2 for 5€ per night. - A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
- Two to seven night minimum.
