Three New Zealanders and one Austrian have enjoyed a marvellous stay in Istanbul –
the sights, smells and tastes of Istanbul have been well and truly enjoyed from a very
comfortable base at Bereket Four. We found the apartment welcoming, very
comfortable. It is so well situated that we felt part of this great city within the Galata
environment. Great fun, great time – we would recommend this to anyone who wishes
to experience Istanbul.

We had a wonderful five days in Bereket Four. The apartment was perfect for our
family of four and we liked being able to peek at the view of the mosque out the window
and from the balcony. We found our favorite view of the city from Konak Cafe (at the
end of street). We loved returning to Galata each night after touring the city and the
Princes’ Islands. Concerts, cafes, the neighborhood dogs, the lights of the tower at
night – what could be better?

appreciated the space to run around and play. Internet, phone and a fully functional

spent 10 nights in hotels around Turkey prior to our stay here. Soon we saw ourselves
as residents --albeit very temporary ones -- not as tourists (through we admit to loving
the splendid offerings of a great city of the world). There is great value for guests in
living in a true neighborhood.

We loved how spacious Bereket Four was and the spectacular views of the city we had
off the balcony. The apartment was so well located, just half a block from the famous
Genovese Galata tower. The street was always so quiet yet so close to a wonderful
boulevard full of coffee houses and restaurants. The lady that waited for us at the
airport made it all so easy to arrive to our temporary home. We loved having a full
kitchen, not that we ever cooked, but we could have a cup of coffee and pastry before
exploring the city and keep those tasty Turkish fruits for late in the night snacks. I am
glad to know many more of your customers will be enjoying such a jewel of a place.

with all mod-cons. Loved the Galata area—quiet, close to everything via foot, tunnel or
tramway. Thank you again for such wonderful accommodations. This place is so close
to all you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The climb is hard but worth this
apartment waiting at the top.

gorgeous. Istiklal Caddesi i,s the best street fro great atmosphere and a perfect mix of
cafes, shops and architecture. I hope your stay in Istanbul is as fantastic as ours.

This beautiful apartment is a haven in the midst of such a chaotic city – lovely art on
the walls, fluffy bathrobes, comfy couches, creaky hardwood floors ... just a real feeling
of home. We loved being able to stand on the balcony as the mosque next door (and
other around the city) chanted its call to prayer – a truly captivating and beautiful
experience to view the city vista with such a wonderful soundtrack.

The apartment was a great find. The pictures and description on the website was
accurate. We chose to walk everywhere and with 2 kids! No complaints as all the sites
were close and the walks very pleasant. All the people around the apartment were
friendly and helpful with no touts hassling... you really felt like you were in Istanbul. We
have had a great stay and fallen in love with this busy, friendly city with a beautiful soul.
