Located on a quiet, narrow cobblestone street
filled with eclectic boutiques, vintage clothing
shops and cafes, Bereket Apartments has an
enviable location. On the corner Konak Patisserie
& Cafe offers a roof terrace with a magnificent
view of the Old City & Marmara Sea. Across the
street, Molly's Cafe serves American style
breakfast and other meals. Next door Cherry

The five storey building, constructed
by Leonidas Efendi in 1885 was
painstakingly re-engineered and
restored from 2002-2004. The 100 m2
floor through apartments feature
three meter high ceilings, plaster
cornices, hardwood floors, exposed
brick walls, wooden window frames,
rear balconies, modern bathrooms,
fully-equipped kitchens with
dishwashers. Natural gas heating
and hot water. Air conditioning. Fire
escape.

Wonderful location. It’s just amazing to be next to the Tower. Impressive restoration/renovation work on this building. Everything was prepared to a high standard for my stay.
